Position Title:     Public Affairs & Communication Intern

 

Location：         Beijing

 

Working Time:   at least 3 days per week

 

Major:                No strict limitation, PR/English/Marketing/Business is preferred

 

Span:                6 months

 

Salary:              110RMB/DAY

 

Major Responsibility:

 

Assist managing all communication channels including intranet, newsletter, news clippings, plus all other communications vehicles and web platforms. 4 issues have been published on GE company official website, including GE Transportation newsletter, Ombuds Program newsletter and GET Campaign newsletter. 
Coordinate communication activities/events cross functions. 
English-Chinese translation for news release, case study, product brochures, presentations and documents, etc. 
Preparation of related meetings and events, including pre-documents and prints preparation, photograph and video shooting, and other logistics related support 
Assist the preparation of trade shows, e.g. communications and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders, show pieces preparation and other logistics support. 
Able to use Photoshop and/or other software for simple graphic design
