Departmenet: MINI

Position: CRM（Customer Relationship Management）Marketing

 

Key responsibilities：

1,Ensure achievement of departmental objectives in terms of CRM targets according to central strategy.

Fulfill MINI central CRM principles and programs.

2,Develop and manage the CRM marketing budget.

3,Work closely with communication and event team to follow up CRM projects

4,Responsible for MINI call center daily management and special case

5,Develop innovative CRM activities, which correspond to the brand profile and contribute to adding customer loyalty and conquest new customers.

 

Qulification：

1, Work for 5 days per week, 6 months preferred (at least 4 days)

2,Organized, multi-tasking, proactive and detail-oriented.

3,Good communication & interpersonal skills and team spirit

4,Proficiency in English & MS Office

5,Female preferred

实习收获：

MINI人员非常精简。整个MINI Marketing 仅占据BMW27层的一角，以个性、创造力、独特而有力的品牌管理方式著称。现有的同事都非常出色，在MINI实习能够深入地了解MINI在品牌传播、社交网络、经销商激励、售后管理等function的运作方式，近距离学习身边各个经理不同的处事技巧，相当受益。

MINI CRM intern 是整个MINI Marketing比较特殊的一个职位，所担职责和日常事物几乎是正式员工的工作范畴，与各个function以及BMW CRM都有很多接触，恳切地说这是个锻炼职业习惯，提升职业素养的好机会，不属于零碎打杂型。

 

 

工作地点：北京三元桥佳程广场，无论是客观环境（5A级写字楼）还是工作氛围都很好。

BMW提供实习补贴，全职一个月2200RMB，不扣税。

加班报销打车费和餐补，很少加班。
