招助理研究生：主要招一个沟通能力强，熟练掌握stata 的同学，附件里关于若干年经历的要求不必太在意。

简介：Jing Cai 是密西根大学（University of Michigan）的华人教授。请有兴趣的硕士、博士同学直接联系她(caijing@)。已经保研的大四同学也可以申请。

The World Bank is seeking a short-term consultant for impact evaluations on ICT programs (Information and Communication Technology) in rural China. Descriptions of the project, responsibilities, and requirements are attached.

The position will be based in Beijing, China, with frequent visits to project areas. The contract is expected to be from October 2012 to June 2013. Interested candidates should send their CV and cover letter before September 23rd 2012 to Jing Cai (caijing@).
