行政助理( 兼职)

岗位职责：
v、前台接待服务（接听总机，收发邮件，传真，来宾接待等）

 v 公司日常环境的维护，行政管理的运作

 v 公司固定资产的管理
 v 协助行政经理对各项行政事务的安排及执行；
 v 完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

职位需求：

v 大专以上学历，欢迎在校大学生，每周须保证3-4天的工作时间

v 具备良好的沟通能力，普通话较好

v 流利的英文听说读写能力

v 具备良好的计算机应用能力，能熟练应用办公软件

Position: Admin. Assistant (Parttimer)

Job Description:

1. Offer receptionist service

2. Provide service of booking hotel and flight tickets

3. Handle office items purchase and maintenance
4. Ensure office clean and tidy, health and safety
5. Provide administration support for other department
6. Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, students is acceptable as well

2. Fluent Chinese and English in speaking and writing;
3. Experience with MS Word, Excel;
4. Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, team player, and good communication skills
