工作地点： 上海 部门： - 发布日期： 2012-09-16 工作年限: 不限 学历: 招聘人数： 若干 公司名称： 沙伯基础创新塑料企业管理（上海）有限公司   Why do we run the program?  The Operations Development Program (ODP) is designed to accelerate the development of technical-savvy fresh graduates and to nurture future operations leaders in SABIC. ODP is a 2-year rotational program that allows members to build leadership and functional skills through a structured program which combines rotational assignments and interactive seminars and classroom training.  Once admitted to the program, the ODP members will be assigned to various challenging assignments in the following functions/departments in consideration of their technical development needs, availability of assignments and personal preference:  ·Production / Process  ·LEAN / Six Sigma  ·Quality Management  ·New Production/Process Introduction  ·Engineering/Project Management  ·Supply Chain Management  ·Sourcing  ·Environnemental, Heath, and Safety  What will ODPs do during the program?  ODP members will have the opportunity to learn the state-of-the-art methods of manufacturing/operations through structured course work and practical application. During the rotational assignment, ODP members will learn and have exposure to project management, Environmental Health & Safety, Change Acceleration Process (CAP), Six Sigma, presentation skills and LEAN Manufacturing Operations. Members will also be certified as Green Belt in Six Sigma.  The typical ODP assignment will be: leading a quality and engineering project with significant financial impact, driving process improvement in operations team and leading LEAN/cost reduction projects.  What do ODP graduates do now?  We have many successful examples in which ODP members became the EHS Engineer, Quality Engineer and Project Engineers of our Company. Some ODP graduates continued their successful career path in SABIC and are now the Operations Manager, EHS Manager and Process Manager!  Can I enroll on the program?  We welcome all young and aggressive universities graduates to join the program. The entrance requirements are:  - Fresh graduates from universities or those who have 1-2 years working experience in chemical manufacturing company.  - Bachelor or Master degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical related.  - Excellent academic record and active in extra-curricular activities or have extensive intern experience;  - Good English skill: oral and written.  - Have strong interest in Manufacturing i.e. Production / Quality / Engineering / Safety Management.  Work Location - Shanghai / Guangzhou / Chongqing
