职位：Asset Management-Hardware Asset Analyst

描述：
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for tracking and managing assets throughout hardware asset life cycle, which includes maintaining an accurate hardware inventory on behalf of commercial customer accounts.
 Maintain stability and integrity of the baseline asset records for all trackable assets in the asset database in a timely manner
 Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and retention of reports, measurements and documentation to contribute to audit readiness of accounts
 Monthly Performance Metrics reflect timely asset updates in the database and issue resolution
 Maintain process and procedure documentation for associated processes.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
 Asset Management (or inventory / stock management) Background preferred
 Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, fluent spoken and written English
 Strong Excel skills eg. Navigation, formatting, copy/paste, formula
 Strong data analytical skills
 Adequate MS Access operational skills preferred (ie. Basic queries/matching)
2-3 year working experience preferred.
