一、 Agent–Distribution仓储运作助理（招聘人数：正式员工1名；实习生1名）

Job Description职位描述:

1. Product including distribution services (DS) and customs brokerage (CHB).主要负责仓储配送和报关业务。

2. Daily Operation & Customer Service. 日常部门运作和客户关系维护。

1) To implement the SOP for all customers. Performs daily operation for receiving, shipping, inventory management and other value added services. 为客户贯彻执行服务作业流程。日常操作包括收发货，库存管理及其它客户服务

2) Provides daily operational reports base on the requirements of different customers.。因应不同客户的需求提供日常作业报告。

3) To understand the customs process and requirement for each bonded warehouse. To assist the customers to finish customs process if required.

了解客户对仓储各个环节的需求和操作流程。

3. Distribution Service Provider Daily Operation 仓储供应商日常管理。

1) To follow up with service providers to monitor the daily process, data, documents and make payment requisition. 监控仓储供应商的日常操作流程，数据，文书和费用申请。

2) To prepare KPI report and conduct service provider performance evaluation meetings timely. 完成关键业绩指标报告和定时组织开展供应商表现评估会议。

4. Management Support to Manager. 协助部门经理日常运作。

1) To prepare management reports (such as customer productivity report, revenue report), statistics figure to the manager. 完成相关工作报告，如客户生产力报告，利润报告书，数据分析等?，并向部门经理汇报。

2) Assist manager to develop the relationship with customers and service providers. 协助部门经理维护与供应商的关系。

The Qualification职位要求:

· University graduate or College graduated with minimum 1 year’s relevant experience. 大专学历至少一年工作经验或本科以上学历。

· To be able to read and write English, CET 6 or above is needed. 英语读写流利，大学英语六级以上。

· Team spirit and good communication skill. 具团队合作精神和良好沟通技巧。

· Typing skills and computer knowledge preferred. 熟悉电脑软件应用和打字技能。

二、 Agent-Ocean / Air / Transcon海运/空运/国内运输操作助理（招聘人数：实习生各1名）

Job Description职位描述:

· Handle daily shipment, make sure all the shipment operations are in compliance with the company’s standard work flow & procedure.负责日常货物运输操作，保证所有货物按公司规章制度流程装运。

· Daily self-checking system’s exceptional report and achieve KPI performance.

每日自检系统异常报告并完成公司关键业绩指标。

· Maintain relationship with customer at local and assistant Team Leader or Supervisor tailor made SOP for each individual account.

维护当地客户关系，协助部门主管拟定各个客户的服务作业流程。

· Additional tasks arranged by Supervisor / Manager.

其它经理/主管交待的工作。

The Qualification职位要求:

· College graduated or above, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant experience.大专学历以上学历，具一年以上工作经验为佳。

· To be able to read and write English, CET6 needed.英语读写流利，大学英语六级以上。
