Title: Lab Engineer (6 months)
SBU: Electronics & Communications
Report to: China ATG Leader, CPM/E&C
Location: R&D center (蔡伦路600号）
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To conduct routine material properties testing with high efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain the analytical instrumentation; including (calibration of the equipment, manage standards, perform preventive maintenance, maintain supplies)
Assist technical engineers on new testing methods development.
Prepare summary reports of projects and development reports.
Effectively interacts with technical engineers through correspondence and via telephone.
Responsible for the safe operation of the facility, including a safety plan.
Maintain the wet processing equipment including operating procedures for the equipment, preventive maintenance; maintain required raw materials for testing, proper waste disposal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical school graduate with major in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Industry Analysis, Chemical engineering.
Solid job performance with attention to details and ability for multi-tasking. Strong motivation to deliver results.
Good reading skills in English, with basic understanding of testing methods/instructions in English.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with MS Office software, including Excel and Word.
Knowledge of mechanical testing instruments is preferable.
