1.Main Responsibilities:
Assist Human Resource Manager for recruiting a whole new R&D team and team consolidation.
*Recruitment:
-Check, record and print incoming applications;
-Backend search for qualified candidates on external recruiting websites
-Pre-select the candidates according to the job description and recommend to HR manager;
-Coordinate with candidates and line managers for interview arrangement and book meeting rooms
-Deliver the interview result to the candidates
-Support on Campus Recruitment liaison
-Collect recruitment data and prepare for weekly reports
*Other tasks:
-Support on harmonization activities and related paper work;
-Carry on other tasks assigned by the HR manager.

Employees and department assistants
Candidates
3.Main Requirements:
Good written and spoken English
Good communication skills
Hard-working, capability to learn fast, meticulous, sense of confidentiality
Team-work oriented
Good organization skill
Educational background: Bachelor or Master
5 days per week is preferred, and can work till the end of 2012.
