招聘岗位:Associates

岗位要求:Report to: Consultant

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.Support Consultant in conducting proactive search as to different functions in Engineering Industry;

2.Assist Consultant in setting target companies for each assignment including industry, market and talent information;

3.Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates and other channels (Internet search and Referrals) for candidates sourcing;

4.Conduct the telephone screening and telephone interview according to recruitment requirements;

5. Collect resume and present qualified candidates to Consultant for interview; Help arrange face-to-face interview between candidates and Consultant; Involve in the interview assessment with consultant;

6. Involved in other relevant assignments, such as documentation

 

Requirements:

 

1.Bachelor's degree Above;

2.Computer proficiency is essential and excellent in writing and oral English;

3.Excellent communication skills and willing to work stably with a boutique search firm;

4.Prior exposure in HR/recruitment job or other sales professional is an advantage;

5.Hard working, good attitude, willing to take challenges and can work under pressure;

6.Fresh graduate who is smart and willing to learn are also considered.
