职位名称:Researcher(调研员,实习期结束可以转正)

Job Duties and Requirements:

- Conduct industrial or market information research and efficiently working out target companies in the right industry

- Update market information with consultants on timely basis

- Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, and obtain their resumes

- Conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached

- Conduct face to face interview as required by consultant or client when necessary

- Be assist to consultants in interview scheduling, communicating with clients & candidate coordination, etc.

- Other tasks assigned

- 根据客户要求在特定行业对目标公司搜索市场信息,及公司代数据库资料维护和更新

- 与人事顾问及时更新市场信息,并分析理解客户的行业背景和需求描述

- 用有创造性且持续性的方式通过不同的渠道鉴别合适的候选人并获取他们的明确信息

- 通过电话面试筛选信息及初步评估候选人

- 在必要时根据人事顾问和客户的要求与候选人进行面对面的交流

- 协助人事顾问与候选人和客户协调时间,安排面试

Key Competencies:

- College degree or above

- Preferably Experience in Human resources management and consulting is a strong plus knowledge and skills in recruiting and interviewing

- Aggressive, enthusiastic, proactive and able to work under pressure, handle uncertainty with a positive attitude

- Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Assistant Consultant(助理招聘顾问)

To work under supervision and direction of Team Leader or Senior Consultant.

Take full responsibility for candidate’s mobilization.

Direct reporting to Recruitment / Sr. Recruitment consultant / Team Leader.

Responsibility for achieving own target.

Target of TEN mobilizations and this can encompass both client and candidate, so if in the later stages you have developed your own clients, your own client placement and your own candidate will count as 2 mobilizations.

Commission of these ten placements will be paid in the form of one payment per placement.

Ability to face to face interview and decide suitability of candidate without assistance.

Ability to negotiate and arrange successful mobilization of candidates both locally and internationally.

Ability to understand multi discipline engineering functions and match relevant CVs with requirements.

Achievement of weekly cv ratio’s for cv send outs.

Ability to meet with selected candidates on face / face to assess suitability.

Ability to coordinate / arrange interviews and discuss feedback to either your team leader or direct to the client.

Ability to handle/face uncertainty with a positive attitude

Basic Lead generation and reporting mthly to your manager.

Basic account management and co-ordination with client when consultant or team leader is away.

Accompanying team leader or snr recruitment consultant on client visits.

Expected duration 2-6 mths depending on ability and workload.

 

Recruitment Consultant(招聘顾问 - 汽车零部件制造)

职位描述

Responsible for own financial cost centre under direction of Team Leader or Operations Manager.

Direct Reporting line management of recruitment and/ or resource staff.

Taking over and successfully managing certain key accounts or clients.

Ability to develop and expand database in one certain industry such as new CVs, Phone lists; handle/face uncertainty with a positive attitude

BD can be developed independently if your team leader is comfortable with you doing this work.

BD will not be the main focus of your work.

Ability to identify, negotiate and mobilize candidates internationally without assistance including co-ordination and problem solving rational; relating to all administration duties involved with this both on local or international basis.

Full management of own marketing / advertising budget.

Assisting other recruitment executive and researcher in controlling time management and delegating work to them.

Full time allocated resource to be mentored and trained.

Achievement of weekly CV ratio’s for CV send outs.
