Associate Software Engineer, Development

Job Description:
- Studying and understanding specification of programmes of low to medium complexity and / or to analysing the logic of exiting programmes in preparation for amendments.
-Writing/ analysis / review / amend programs according to specifications with full documentation.
- Testing programmes.

To be successful, you should meet the following requirements:
- College Diploma or above.
- The job holder should have knowledge of IT.
- Have an ability to think logically and an eye for details.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations would be beneficial.
- Preferable having project experience in developing and / or supporting computer applications, Java, C , J2SE/J2EE technology, database programming/administration (Sybase or Oracle), Linux, AS400 (RPG) and/or Mainframe.

Associate Software Engineer, Testing

Job Description:
-Execute test cases and test scripts.
-Raise appropriate queries where test cases / test scripts are not adequately clear.
-Write/Prepare simple test cases.
-Maintain test cases.
-Log incidents and report results.
-Defect tracking for the testing performed.
-Adhere to the relevant organisational processes.
-Participate in knowledge management activities.
-Reporting of testing data (size, effort, defects) for the testing performed.

-College Diploma or above.
-The job holder should have knowledge of IT.

-Basic knowledge of testing methodology / banking operations would be beneficial.


Associate Technology Support Engineer

Job Description:
-Perform help desk /desktop support to diagnose and troubleshoot PCs, networking, security and business applications and maintain single point of contact with the users for all trouble  management. related to IT equipments and telecom services.
-Attend to hardware faults and ensure engineer support is dispatched and problem resolved within the defined SLA.
-Attend to network connectivity related problems.

To be successful, you should meet the following requirement:
-College Diploma or above.
-Professional qualification in Computer Science.
-Have a disciplined, analytical mind with an eye for detail.
-Basic knowledge of banking operations would be beneficial.
