管理培训生主要招募于酒店人力资源部，收益管理部，财务部，市场销售部和信息技术部，并能从中国喜达屋酒店中最成功的领导人身上学习经验。培训时间从12 到18个月不等。在培训结束后，每位管理培训生通常会被安排在一家新的酒店开始担任助理经理，经理或同等职位，来继续发展他们的职业生涯。

Starwood China offers a Corporate Management Trainee program for graduates that exposes them to the places, people and practices that sets the foundation for success throughout their careers. Trainees concentrate in human resources, revenue management, finance, sales & Marketing, IT or Technical Design in the hotel to learn from leaders in some of the most successful Starwood hotels in China. The length of training varies from 12 to 18 months depending on discipline. At the completion of the training, each participant is placed into an assistant manager, manager or equivalent position, usually at a new hotel where they can go on with their further career development.

Starwood China Corporate Management Trainee opportunities are limited to fresh graduated students with Chinese nationality. Experienced, non-student candidates and those without appropriate work authorization are invited to search for current career opportunities.
