Procurement Intern

Title: Procurement Intern

Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)

 

Responsibilities

- Documentation of procurement file, such as drawing, specification, contract, RFQ, etc.

- Download data from system and transact the data to a report according to instruction by procurement;

- Prepare RFQ documents and sent out and follow up

- Prepare and distribute drawings & specification, send out to vendor and follow up to get signed back.

- Meeting arrangement in system

 

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, prefer 大三 or 研一研二

- Major in Materials/Chemistry related will be a plus

- Able to work 3+ working days per week

- Good English skills

- Attention to details, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
