Position: Trainee 职位：管理培训生

Responsibilities:

1. STIHL Trainee Program is a 12-18 months tailor-made development program which focuses on hiring fresh graduates majored in Engineering with great potential. We will work together with you to develop your professional skills and competencies. We will guide you to realize your full potential.

2. After getting into the program, you will be facing challenging projects, cross function working experience, as well as systematical development program for professional skills and competencies.

Requirement:

1. First-class graduates with bachelor degree or above in machinery and mechanical engineering etc;

2. Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years work experience in related areas, with studying or working experience in Germany;
3. Excellent communication skills both in English and German, spoken and written;

Position: R&D Engineer 职位：R&D工程师

Report to: R&D Coordination Manager 汇报人：R&D协调经理

Targets:

Join QRD team to work in R&D- and cost reduction projects at STIHL Qingdao. Coordination of projects including evaluation of new parts, definition of testing scenarios, failure analyses and definition of suitable improvements in order to fulfill customer requirements.

Saving personnel and operative cost at R&D STIHL Germany in offering R&D and testing service at STIHL Qingdao for STIHL Group.

Responsibilities:

1. CN coordination on project level for new products

2. Coordinate activities with Quality Assurance and Purchasing departments at STIHL CN regarding new parts release process

3. Evaluation and release preparation of new parts

4. Report to QRD and communicate with R&D Germany in technical topics

5. Testing coordination including planning, monitoring and evaluation

6. Develop and coordinate improvement measures for new parts quality

Requirements:

1. Master / Bachelor in Mechanical engineering 
preferable with a semester or internship in Germany or Europe 

2. Work experience in product engineering, design or testing 

3. Solid know how in combustion engines

4. Skills in product design (CAD) 

5. Good communication in English, spoken and written. 

6. Leadership ability of multifunctional team and skills to structure activities

7. Personal skill to lead good and clear communication between at STIHL D and CN

Position: Manufacturing Engineer                  职位：制造工程师

Report to: ME Manager                        汇报人：制造工程经理

Responsibilities:
1. Leading of technical projects, including cross-functional coordination of project related tasks and activities
2. Development of concepts for technical equipment based on requirements and needs.
3. Design of equipment and fixtures, generate of drawings  
4. Work out of innovative assembly concepts under consideration of lean production
5. Support and accompany the ramp up of new products and new production processes
6. Optimization of processes and productivity.
 
Requirement:
1. Engineering degree (Master / Bachelor) in manufacturing engineering;
2. Adequate knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in field of assembly technology preferably in an international company;
3. Structured work style and experience in project management
4. Initiative, creative team oriented and communicative personality
5.Very good English skills & computer skills
6. Good CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D)
