American company is seeking an eager, responsible and professional male who seeks long-term and stable opportunity. Perfect opportunity for a responsible professional who is looking for growth opportunities.
- Coordinating with Sourcing and QC departments the timely shipment of all PO's
- Preparing, reviewing and sending shipping instructions
- Updating and maintaining logistics department in company software on a daily basis
- Generating and utilizing weekly SAP software reports for open PO's
- Tracking cargo for all orders
- Requesting, checking and confirm/request corrections of shipping documents
- Analyzing shipments and proposing improvements to save time and money
- Working with shipping agents to be cost-efficient and timely, making sure the documents are accurate and on time per order
• Communicating with US office on a timely matter
Requirements:
- Speak and write English.
- University degree
- High standards of personal integrity, acting fairly and professionally.
• Detail oriented and able to analyze and define a problem
Resume must be submitted in English and Chinese.
Salary: 3500rmb plus benefits (housing fund, insurances)
