    Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (VW ATD) is the first wholly-owned subsidiary the Volkswagen Group invests an d constructs in Dalian, China. It is the second worldwide an d the only one outside Germany factory which produces advanced dual-clutch automatic transmission. It costs upfront investment amounting to 170 million euros, covers a factory area of 17 million square meters, an d till the end of 2012, will consists of more than 1400 existing staff.
    In January 2010, the first phase of production line began mass production, which is expected to achieve an annual capacity of 300 thousan d units. Phase Ⅱ was approved by the headquarters in March, 2010 an d began construction in October. It is scheduled to officially put into operation in 2012. Phase Ⅲ project was approved in December 2010, an d is under planning now.
    The company’s main product is DQ200 to which the latest technology of Volkswagen is applied. It combines the advantages of manual an d automatic transmission so it can ensure the environmental protection, low fuel consumption, smooth transmission, simple operation, an d no shortage of fun to drive at the same time.

    其先期投资1.7亿欧元，总厂区占地17万平方米。至2012年底，员工超过1400人。
2010年1月一期生产线实现批量生产，计划年产能30万台。二期项目于2010年3月获得总部批准并于同年10月动工，计划于2012年正式投产。三期项目于2010年12月获得批准，目前项目正在规划中。
    公司的主要产品是包含大众汽车最新技术的7档干式双离合自动变速器 （DQ200）。它结合了手动，自动两大变速器的优点，做到了环保，油耗低，传动平稳，操作简单又不乏驾驶乐趣。
 

【职位需求】
招聘职位：维修部流体管理协调工程师
招聘人数：1人
职位描述：
1.掌握各种油液品的性能，编制油品管理相关的各项流程等；
2.根据实际要求设计油液品检测工艺参数及化验检测方法；
3.参与设备及工艺改造中流体的规划，合理选择油液品检测相关设备；
4.为现场加工过程准确合理选择冷却液、冷却润滑油等油液品材料；
5.根据加工用油液品出现的问题现象，分析出产生的原因，提出解决措施；
6.从流体角度分析机加过程中刀具、零件、冷却液产生的缺陷；
7.过滤设备操作、原理及故障分析；
8.参与环境安全管理体系的设定。

任职资格：
1.研究生学历，机械制造、化学、材料学等相关专业；
2.熟练掌握英语或德语；
3.掌握Microsoft Office的使用；
4.正直，严格要求，工作准确，讲求科学性。
