Position Overview:
The job holder is expected to support Sandvik BA Mining's business development team on strategic projects, starting with MA APAC. Major responsibilities for this job include market research, customer and competitor analysis for ad-hoc projects and supporting M&A process.
Responsibilities:
? Conduct market research and analysis on market trends, customer segments and market share to support strategic projects in Market Area APAC and relevant Product Area
? Provide customer and competitive offering analysis to support Product Area during offering development process
? Involve in M&A process and provide analysis and other paper work
? Coordinate projects with MA Market Intelligence, sales and other stakeholders
? Develop competency to support other Market Areas and whole Business Area
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, economics or engineering
? Strong academic score would be preferred
? Fresh graduate is acceptable; 1-2 years' experience within market or industry research would be a plus
? Industrial knowledge of mining is a strong plus
? Good analytical and reporting skills; well organized and proactive
? Be able to work under cross organizational tasks
? Proficient on computer skills and internet search
? Good communication skills in both oral and written English
? Able to travel and work globally
