Hot Runner Designer (热流道设计师）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Completing entry-level design execution using design standards and system level design with guidance.
使用相关设计标准和设计指导完成初级设计
2. Preparing engineering documentation.
准备工程文档
3. Creating and reviewing peer detail drawings.
出图并进行相关检查
4. Contributing to design review meeting requirements.
参加设计评审，并提出工程意见
5. Participating, or may lead continuous improvement initiatives.
参与或领导持续改善
6. Providing design / project engineering support for the manufacture of mold hot runner systems to the Sales / Service Team.
向销售服务部门提供热流道系统模具的生产设计/工程项目支持

Job Requirements:
1. University or College in Mechanical Design/Manufacturing, major in Mold Design will be a plus.
模具设计专业优先，机械设计或制造，本科或大专学历
2. Familiar with UG modeling and drafting, good application of MoldFlow, BAAN or Ansys is a plus.
熟悉UG 等3D设计软件或MoldFlow 或 Ansys分析软件BAAN等ERP系统者优先

 
 
Mechanical Engineer（机械工程师）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Completing concept design with limited guidance for global customer required machine specials
为全球客户提供指定的机械设计理念
2. Supporting engineering related issue disposal at Manufacturing and Supply Chain
为制造和供应链环节解决工程问题
3. Preparing, creating and managing engineering documentations
准备、创建和管理工程文档
4.  Handling Non-Conformances on shop floor and preventing the re-occurrence of the NCs
分析处理车间数控机床的不合格品并防止该类问题再发生

Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering
机械工程专业，大专及以上学历
2. Good communication skills (verbal, written) in English
具备良好的英语口语及书面能力
3. Illustrating attention to detail when completing tasks
在完成任务时注重细节
4. Good Application of UG Preferred
熟悉UG设计软件者优先

 
 
Software Development Engineer（软件开发工程师）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Designing Window Base software to interface with SQL database and field bus technology
设计用于连接SQL数据库和现场总线技术的Windows软件
2. Software includes development for designing the database structure, communication layer, server/client interface layer and Web server.
软件包括开发设计数据库结构、通信层,服务器/客户端接口层和Web服务器
3 .Creating and document Functional Design Specifications, Experiment documentation and Test Plan documentation

4. Troubleshooting and debuging software and performance through Visual Studio Team System environment

Job Requirements:
1. Master degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering

2. Familiar with PLC and C++ or C#

Technical Support Engineer（技术支持工程师）

Job Responsibility:
1. Assessing and coordinating implementation of manufacturing process improvements
评估协调生产工作的改进流程
2. Developing and sourcing new tooling and tooling concepts

3. Evaluating and measuring cost effectiveness of manufacturing processes

4. Assessing and recommending new cutting technologies and tools

Job Requirements:
1. University Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

2. Familiar with MSOffice, CAD, UG, know about Vericut, Probing routines is a plus
熟悉办公室软件、CAD、UG；了解Vericut、Probing routines者优先
3. Good English skill in speaking and writing

Software Engineer（软件设计工程师）

Job Responsibility:
1. Software package preparation by using Production Tool
基于生产工具准备对应的软件套件
2. Providing floor support for machine test
为车间注塑机测试工作提供技术支持
3. Designing Customers' special features for the machine and system
根据客户特别要求设计改造注塑机及其系统
4. Providing customer site support
为客户提供现场支持

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
电气工程或计算机专业，本科学历
2. Good knowledge in concepts for PLC control programs, input/output, industrial actuators
熟悉了解PLC控制系统、输入/输出概念以及工业制动器
3. Familiar programming in Windows, using Microsoft languages Visual Basic, Visual C++ (Version 6.0)
熟悉Windows编程、VB语言和C++
4. Good written and oral English communications skills
具备良好的英语书写及口语能力

 
 
Test Technician（机器测试员）

Job Responsibilities:
1. Safety test/confirmation for a new machine
新机器的安全测试
2. Making the machine performance in the scope
确保机器在正常范围内运行
3. System integration for a new machine to a new application
新机器的系统集成应用
4. Supporting regional service to resolve the machine issues at the customer site
客户现场支持，解决机械问题

Job Requirements:
1. University or colleage degree in Mechatronics.

2. Good English skill in reading and writing
