4. 岗位职责：
a) 根据职位招聘需求，通过建立有效招聘渠道及Cold Call搜寻合适的候选人；
b) 完成简历的收集和初步筛选工作；
c) 负责联系和接待候选人，协助顾问做好初步面试，完成推荐报告的基本制作；
d) 行业信息调查、分析、整理；
e) 人才数据库的整理和录入。
5. 任职要求
a) 全日制专科以上学历，专业不限。
b) 普通话标准，善于与各行业人选沟通，细致、认真、负责，能够承受一定的工作压力；
c) 自我管理能力强并具有良好的团队精神；

d) 熟练使用Microsoft Office软件，如Word，Excel，PPT等。
