ü  Execute in accordance with established policies and procedures.

ü  Responsible for assigned tasks directed by management or experienced professional. Typically, this relates to receipt and input of core accounting/ financial data

ü  Provides structure, consolidation, and analysis of financial data. Develops basic assumptions and data points for larger unit plans, budgets, or estimates.

ü  Structure accounting/financial data to develop variance analysis to budgets, forecasts, business plans, cost estimates, or other related financial reports.

ü  Keep organized records for area of responsibility.

ü  Maintain all financial system data requirements, codes, and tables.

ü  Identify problems and performance exposures to financial operating plans with an analysis of causes. And analyzes problems in own job and identifies solutions.

ü  Customer order fulfillment End to End owner from order entry, to material shortage escalation, production arrangement/monitoring, and shipment tracking to meet customer service requirement

ü  Maintain customer relationship (IBM World Wide Control Tower) through daily communication on order fulfillment, customer request response, critical issue solution, etc. to continuously improve customer satisfaction

ü New generation IBM server launch, technical project management, assures availability of new technologies, processes and capabilities to support new product roadmap.

ü Define/maintain and continually improve IBM server production process and working instructions. Provide technical support to production and customer.

ü Define quality control plan, control and improve IBM server quality, provide global customer quality technical support.

ü Facility design/deployment/maintenance a process. Responsible for capacity model, efficiency analysis, time study for cycle time improvement.

ü Study IBM technologies; provide technical training to IBM engineers and customers.

Requirements:

ü Bachelor degree or above, majors in engineering, computer, communication or equivalent.

ü  Very effective communication skills, both written and verbal English and Mandarin.

ü  Prefer have C++, Python to support IBM server test, but is not a must.

ü Interesting in technology and innovation.
