具体要求:
1、Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation & Robotics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, and Chemistry.
化学工程、机械工程、自动化、电子/电气工程、工业工程、材料/化学工程等理工科相关专业的2013届硕士研究生。
2、Effective bilingual in English (CET-6) and Chinese. Shown ability to work with different culture and geographical locations
英语流利(CET6),较强的适应能力,可以尽快融入不同的地域和企业文化。
3、Ability to conduct data analysis with proper methods and application software.
能够运用合理的方法和应用软件进行数据分析。
4、Possess more than seven of the following characteristic:

职责描述:
1. Participate in our 2-year Cadre program with 4 job rotations (half year each) to familiarize with Manufacturing and Engineering Operations of FPC/A in China. As a result of such rotations, be a versatile technical leader ready for key jobs in any department, function, and location (Suzhou and Chengdu) at the end of second year.
参与我们2年的精英计划,在这两年时间内将会有4次岗位轮换机会(半年一次)去熟悉公司FPC/A的生产、制造和营运。2年后,你将成为我们任何只能部门(苏州和成都)关键岗位的全能型人才。
2. Ready to acquire new technical skills in an accelerated learning manner during the 2 year program with on-the-job assignments, work exposure, improvement feedback and training classes.
2年的精英计划中,通过对工作任务的调整、工作定位、反馈改进和培训等方式,有效地在最快的时间内掌握最新的专业技术技能。
3. Take on job assignment provided by the rotation department and be responsible to complete it within specific time.
承担轮岗部门指派的工作任务,并在一定的时间内负责完成。
4. Work with all colleagues during the 6 month rotation and build network for work relationship.
在6个月的岗位轮换期间内,与同事建立良好的工作关系。
5. Provide inputs to the success implementation of Cadre program and act as learning partner for new Cadre trainees whenever necessary.
对精英计划提出参考意见,在必要时,成为精英计划下一轮储备干部的指导者。
