    Job Description
    This role is primarily focused on the front-end development of websites and web applications. You must be able to hand-code HTML, XHTML and CSS to a professional level and using the latest industry standards and techniques. We work on a large number of high-profile projects where this is of the utmost importance.
   
    You will be working alongside a delivery team that consists of over 40 individuals. These include graphic designers, project managers, .NET developers and testers. Projects typically vary in length from 1 to 3 months and you will be involved in a number of these at any one time. You will have plenty of opportunities to keep abreast of latest trends and learn about new technologies.
   
    This role is most suited to somebody that has worked in the digital media industry and/or has been employed full-time in the front-end development of websites. As such we would expect to see a portfolio of example work.
   
    Basic Requirements
    1.Computer science degree or similar from a well-recognised university
    2.1 to 3 years HTML/CSS/JavaScript development experience
    3.Good English communication skills; written and oral
   
    Key Skills
    1.Hand-coding HTML, XHTML and CSS to a professional standard
    2.Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility issues
    3.Experience of content management systems
    4.Experience in Dreamweaver and Photoshop
    5.Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise and manage own time
    6.Keen attention to detail
