Responsibilities:      
      
"* 协助客户经理开发租赁市场，开拓相关领域业务；
"      
* 协助客户经理考察评估租赁项目，设计融资租赁方案，撰写授信报告，真实客观地反映企业经营和财务状况；      
* 项目起租后存量客户的情况的了解，协助租金的提醒和催收工作；      
* 随同客户经理定期拜访客户，了解市场、竞争对手及行业信息；      
* 对公司现有供应商/客户进行信息管理；      
* 完成上级交办的其他任务。

Qualifications and experience:      
      
"*  财会、金融等相关专业本科及以上学历；
"      
*  有相关银行、融资租赁公司工作经历者优先；      
*  能熟练使用word、excel等办公软件；      
"*  性格稳重、责任心强；具有较好沟通、协调能力，以及分析问题、解决问题的能力；
"      
*  能适应出差安排。      

Job Description      
Job Title :  Credit Analyst      
Department :  Credit Dept.- Risk control     
Reporting To :  Credit Manager / Director of Risk Control     
      
Responsibilities:      
      
* Conduct financial analysis and risk rating for applicant customers in accordance with company risk policies.      
* Perform due diligence and prepare proposal write-up in both Chinese and English for new customer application.      
* Perform regular review of existing customers and make credit recommendation on request for increased exposure.      
* Coordinate/support collection activities.      
* Assist credit manager in the maintenance of credit data, timely reporting in both Chinese and English.      
* Indentify and interpret signs of increased risk and provide recommendations to the appropriate approval authority for handling and security.      
* Collect market information and studies regularly on target industry sectors.      
* Some other ad hoc tasks as assigned.       
      
      
      
Qualifications and experience:      
      
      
"* Bachelor degree with a major in Finance related field preferred.
"      
* Experience in credit function preferred.      
"* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
"      
* Ability to remain positive and motivated, even when working under pressure.
