Company Introduction
Ford Automotive Finance (China) Ltd (FAFC) is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Ford Motor Credit Company LLC.
FAFC has built a strong and successful business base since starting
operations in China from July 2005. FAFC provides quality finance products
and services to Ford dealers and customers with its overseas experience and
management practice to support Ford brand sales in China and become a
bellwether in the domestic market. Currently, we are offering retail financing at
more than 320 Ford dealers in over 190 cities.

Position: Wholesale Auditor
Reports To: Wholesale Audit Coordinator
Working Location: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing
General Summary Statement
Responsible for conducting wholesale physical vehicle (including payment record verification) and conformity certificate audits as instructed by Wholesale Audit Coordinator. These would include traveling to dealership, conducting physical audit, recording audit results, reporting to central wholesale operations on timely basis any irregularities or other serious violations found during audit, and conducting wholesale collection activities and vehicle repossession if required..
Typical Duties
· Conduct wholesale physical audit, conformity certificate audit and payment record verification in accordance with the published audit schedule.
· Record audit results, in detail and compile dealer audit report.
· Report to Wholesale Auditor Coordinator on timely basis on any irregularities or other violations found during the audit
· Liaise with DAM and Risk Management team to investigate the cause of irregularities found in the audit
· Resolving dealer's query associate with vehicle and CC audits
· Conducting wholesale collection activities and vehicle repossession
· Ad hoc assignment from Supervisor and management on business issues.
Qualification

General Summary Statement
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this sales position will be involved in Sales, Marketing, supporting credit risk analysis and business operations activities. A successful Dealer Account Manager will help facilitate the growth and stability of Ford Automotive Finance (China) business plans and in partnership with Ford Motor China, support the overall success of the Ford Trustmark dealer network.
Key Duties
· Driving sales goals and objectives through the implementation and monitoring of the Company's sales & marketing strategy
· Building relationships with Ford Trustmark dealers to support future retail and wholesale financing
· Introducing Finance & Insurance products & service, providing training to Ford Trustmark dealerships
· Gathering and analyzing market intelligence and competitor data to sustain company's competitive advantages
· Compiling Dealer profile information to facilitate credit review process
· Identifying and reporting dealership operating issues and providing business management consulting to dealerships
· Visiting dealers regularly to ensure that company policy and business requirements is clearly communicated with dealers
· Coordinating with Marketing, Operation and Risk Management to ensure highest dealer satisfaction on FAFC products & services whilst still maintain high level of risk management capability on dealership
