ANZ Chengdu hub is a key location to support ANZ’s supper regional strategy and its growth in Asia Pacific region. In Chengdu hub, we provide different types of business support across variety of customers and products.

成都运营中心是澳新银行卓越优秀的区域战略的重要布局，将为其在亚太地区的发展提供有力的支持，并与澳新银行在澳大利亚、新西兰、印度、菲律宾和斐济的技术营运中心相辅相成，更好地为澳新在全球的客户提供各种银行后台的运营服务。

 

 

MIS Analyst (2013 Fresh Graduate)

管理信息系统分析师 (2013应届毕业生)

 

Responsibility:

工作职责：

- Responsible for providing professional support to the respective line of business by ensuring the delivery of Reporting and MIS Processes within stipulated SLA and with a high level of quality.

该职位主要为澳新银行在澳大利亚的零售和理财业务提供各类报表及流程分析等相关支持。

- Also importantly the incumbent will be responsible for actioning Help Desk items in queue and resolving support items within SLAs to the satisfaction of customers.

同时，需要依据SLA为内部客户提供高质量的服务，满足客户的支持需求。

 

Requirement:

任职要求：

- 2013 fresh graduate, bachelor degree.

- 2013年大学本科应届毕业生

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools, Excel, Access, SAS, Oracle & SQL

- 对Excel, Access, SAS, Oracle&SQL有基本的了解

- Basic understanding of IT application system policies, procedures and standards, and process methodologies

- 对IT应用系统的流程，标准和方法有基本的了解

- Strong focus on Attention to detail and quality of delivery

- 注重细节及交付的质量

- In the process of receiving Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Finance courses.

- 信息管理及信息系统、或金融相关专业

- Problem solving ability with an analytical mindset

- 具有较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English

- 优秀的英语书面及口头表达能力

- Will start internship from November 2012 till June 2013, will sign “Three Party Agreement” during internship period.

- 该职位将从2012年11月开始实习，至2013年6月结束。实习期间，表现优秀将签订《普通高等院校三方就业协议》。
