Title - Software Lead Analyst (Distributed Platforms)

[B]Primary Responsibilities:[/B]
Software License Management - Has overall responsibility for Entitlements baseline data accuracy, integrity, accurate reconciliation of entitlements against installed inventory, and discrepancy closure, on Distributed Platforms (Intel, UNIX, Linux etc.)

[B]Duties:[/B]
o  Update Hardware data repository upon request
o  Validate and register software entitlement data to system in a timely manner
o  Maintain software entitlement repository and renew before software expiration
o  Compare software entitlement data to installed software data to identify variances

[B]Qualifications:[/B]
Mandatory:
o  Fluent spoken and written English and good communication skills
o  Ability to follow work instructions and execute with consistency
o  Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o  Strong analytical skills
o  Eye for details
o  Strong time management skill

Preferred:
o  General understanding of industry standard software vendors, and software contract T's & C's
o  Software Asset Tracking & License Management experience
o  Experience in corporate / supply chain business systems; eg. SW license / contract management, Procurement, fulfilment, Order management
o  Strong Excel operational skills eg. Navigation, formatting, formulas/functions, writing Macro using VBA.
o  Ability to operate standard IBM intranet tools
o  Ability to multi-task

Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates): Bachelor degree major in IT, Management, or English.
