Job Duties:
 Facilities management: monitor the full spectrum of facility functions, cleaning service, mail room service & courier management & messenger services, confidential waste removal and off-site documents storage, residential service, reception and meeting room service, administration and maintenance of branch premise, non-IT fixed assets and equipments, outsourced and third party service management, sustainability and other services;

 Projects: manage office layouts, space utilization and renovation/MAC project, act as a branch level coordinator;
? Compliance:
a) Manage the operational risks and reduce the level of operational risk losses.
b) Responsible for HSF standards in the Branch and ensure that FIM and other HSF requirements are followed.
c) Maintaining HSBC internal control standards and implementing and observing Group Compliance Policy.
? Team cooperation and communication: team work efficiency improvement, communication and support;

Job Requirements:

Fluency in both spoken and written English and mandarin;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
