Frac Engineer
JOB DIMENSIONS
Design fracturing program for well services stimulation operations, control operation quality and progress.
Ensure fracturing operations are safe, successful, highly efficient.
ACTIVITIES
- Prepare, collect and distribute relative information from GSR for WLS completion design.
- Manage & analyze CBL logs to perform perforation and fracturing jobs safely.
- Check and control safety & technical accuracy of all data
- Follow up drilling , logging progress for each well and assure completion on time
- Design & optimize fracturing program with WLS team and contractor representative.
- Monitor & control fracturing operation quality on wellsite
- Analyze frac data & diagnose frac results
- Follow up delivery and inventory of proppant and other consumables
- Prepare relative technical documents of fracturing
- Maintenance & update Fracturing reports and program in database
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
- Work in Xi’an office and well site in Inner Mongolia
- Partial activities in Xi’an office are followed up after regular office hours and weekends
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Guarantee the accomplishment of the well completion on time
- Ensure quality of fracturing program and strict operational application.
- Contribute to the return on Exploration & Production investments, through a continual search for Fracturing design improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum Geology /Engineering background
- English CET level 6. Fluent both orally and written
