Title: HR & Admin Team Assistant (Internship)

Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)

 

Responsibilities

Admin Support Role

·       Provide administrative support to regular meeting activities

·       Coordinate and arrange meetings and schedules

·       Schedule conference calls and on-site/off-site meetings

·       Provide secretarial and logistics support to internal guests visit, customers and suppliers’ visit

·       Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including expense submission

·       Generate stationery purchase requisition upon team requests

·       Type, edit and proofread documents and correspondence

·       Manage and coordinate BU cars

·       Organize office and files

·       Other tasks assigned if needed

HR Support Role

·       Staffing support on recruitment logistics, employee transfer, etc.

·       Coordination for the meeting arrangements

·       Consolidation or support for HR data on recruitment updates, headcount report, organization chart, distribution list ,etc.

·       Support any HR initiatives and projects, such as CMS, OLR, ES, etc.

 

Requirements

1 Bachelor degree or above

2 Good written & spoken English

3 Previous HR internship experiences will be a plus

4 Willing to learn, proactive and good communication skill

5 Can work for at least 3 days/week and last for 3+ months preferred

6.    Computer skill: skilled in MS office/outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
