Operations Assistant (Internship) – Ocean/Distribution Serivce/Transcon Dept                      Location: Guangzhou

 

Job Description:

·           Handle daily shipment, make sure all the shipment operations are in compliance with the company's standard work flow & procedure.

·           Daily self-checking system's exceptional report and achieve KPI performance.

·           Maintain relationship with customer at local and assistant Team Leader or Supervisor tailor made SOP for each individual account.

·           Additional tasks arranged by Supervisor / Manager.

The Qualification:

·         University Graduate with 1 year of related working experience or College Graduate with 2 years of relevant experience

·         Team player. Independent.

·         Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
