一、公司简介

格威石油仪器有限公司是一家集石油测井仪器研发、生产、销售、服务于一体的专业化高科技公司。公司成立以来，以制造和销售高可靠性的仪器，公司产品在国际石油测井仪器界倍受好评，产品销量逐年递增。自2007年成功进入美国主流市场，继而进入加拿大、奥地利、科威特、伊拉克、阿联酋、哈萨克斯坦等国市场，实现了中国测井仪器国际化零的突破，产品技术现已达到国际领先水平；尤其是2010年格威公司成功打入斯伦贝谢、贝克休斯这两大500强企业。同时，公司已在美国、迪拜、哈萨克斯坦、阿塞拜疆、乌兹别克斯坦5国设立了分支机构，现有员工300人，其中外籍员工40余人。
GOWell Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd is a professional high tech company specializing in logging R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. With excellent customer feedback from our reliable tools, sales volume has increased year by year. Since 2007, GOWell entered the main stream markets of U.S.A, and has made continuous improvement in other international market such as North and South America, Middle-East and Asia, which is a breakthrough for Chinese products. In 2010, GOWell successfully sold its products to a number of major logging service companies such as Schlumberger and Baker Hughes. GOWell has branch offices in 5 countries; United States, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan with a total staff of 300, which includes over 40 foreign employees.

2、基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
（1） 热爱测井事业，对测井仪器硬件研发、软件研发、技术支持工作有持续的热情。
Enthusiastic to develop in the logging industry performing hardware and software R&D for logging equipment and providing world-class technical support.
（2） 研究生阶段的课题项目与测井硬件或软件相关。
Graduate program is related to logging hardware or software.
（3）英语口语流利。理工类毕业生持有全国大学英语六级考试（CET-6级）或以上证书，同等条件下英语优秀者优先考虑；
外语类专业毕业生通过专业8级，熟练地听说读写及较强的口、笔译能力；
Fluent oral English is preferred. Science and engineering graduates shall pass CET-6 or above, candidates with good English reading, writing and oral skills will be preferred;
Graduates of foreign language majors should pass TEM-8, and with good practical ability;
（4）熟练使用计算机及熟悉各类办公软件；
Familiar with computer and several of office software;
（5）具备坚忍不拔的品质，主动积极的精神，身体健康，愿意从事较艰苦的油田现场服务工作；
Firm and unyielding personality, active to work, healthy and willing to engage in oil field service work;
（6）技术支持岗位人员能够接受经常出差及工作地点变化；
Technical support staff will need to make frequent business trips and shift of working location;
（7）在学校，院系，或在班级中担任过干部并组织过一定的团队活动者优先考虑；
Candidates who have been selected as department or class leaders at their campus are preferred;
（8）具有社会实践经验者优先考虑。
Candidates with social practices are preferred.
3、薪酬与福利：
Compensation & Benefits:
实习补贴：大学生毕业前，公司统一组织各类培训，并安排实习，实习期间公司给应届毕业生发放一定数额的生活补贴。
Internship allowance: company will organize various types of trainings and arrange internship before graduation, during the internship company will pay a certain amount of allowance for graduates of this year.
工资：公司专门为毕业生员工设置了薪资标准，每一位新入职的毕业生员工会享受具有竞争力的薪资。同时公司会根据毕业生的工作表现逐年递增。
Payment: we set a special payment standard for graduates, each newly recruited graduate will enjoy the competitive payment. Payment will be increased as per each one’s performance each year.
福利：毕业生员工享受与公司员工相同的福利，如：社会保险、公积金、带薪年假等。
Welfare: share the same welfare with other company staffs: social insurance, housing funds, and paid annual leave.
