Engineer (Intern) （6）

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Customer Related Engineering Support.

·         Qualification lot overall handling & control for existing package and process.

·         Engineering Run Control and data collection.

·         Engineering material and finish good handling and control.

·         Engineering evaluation and report writing.

·         Abnormal lot handling and follow up.

·         Assist for product yield and quality improvement.

·         Other responsibility to be assigned based on the business need.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor degree in Engineering and Science.

·         Good at English.

·         Quick learning ability and good communication skill.

·         Work carefully, intelligently and with strong sense of responsibility.

Product Engineer (Intern) （3)

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Support on-shore Product Engineer on new product development and its smooth transition to mass production ie:-

- Support product release, cost reduction, product transfers and cross qualification projects

- Participate in Cat-3 and Cat-4 projects

- Provide technical support in EON, yield & parameter analysis at Asia Pacific factories and subcons

- Product characterization, data & curves for product datasheets, product release and sample

- Support IMR/ITR, test program and BOM setup at Asia Pacific factories

- Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to new product development.

·         Product sustaining and customer support till end of product life cycle.

·         Ensure product related information is documented in the “Product Databook” and “Product Electricals” databases.

·         Ensure product datasheets are uploaded to the Corporate website.

·         Maintain work environment to 5S standard.

·         Conform work procedure and product to meet Fairchild and International quality, safety and environmental quality standards.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor degree in Engineering and Science.

·         Good at English.

·         Quick learning ability and good communication skill.

·         Work carefully, intelligently and with strong sense of responsibility.
