Answer or transfer telephones(接转电话)
Visitor Greeting(访客接待）
Event supporting (活动支持）
Asset management（小资产管理）
Letters distribution （信件分发）
Stationary management and distribution（文具办公用品的管理及分发）
Backup for other site reception （协助其他大厦前台）
Desired Skills and Experience
College degree, or equivalent experience
Experience articulating and engaging in similar jobs（有相关工作经验）
Good teamwork spirit & willing to take responsibility（有团队精神，勇于承担责任）
Good at English speaking,listening & writing（有较好的英语听说读写能力）
Skilled in MS Office softwares（擅长MS Office）
