Brief Description of Assignment: 
To support supervisor to handle & coordinate cross-function & cross-department projects on daily basis, such as consolidate correspondence, reports and presentations, to take care and maintain the filing system.
To communicate internal with different departments and inter-communicate with different teams on projects basis. 
Support other team members on occasion.
Qualification Requirement:
Detail management, patient and ability of handling intensive pressure.
Can handle cross-cultural situation.
Knowledge of electronic data processing (both English & Chinese) with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Skills, Lotus Notes Skills.
Self-motivated and extremely well-organized.
Ability to perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Effective communication (English/Chinese) and the willing to succeed in a team environment
Ability to think, work and act strategically and conceptionally.
Ability to visualize and communicate ideas and concepts.
General flexibility regarding tasks and time.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Finance background is a plus.

一周五天的工作时间必须保证, 且实习期间保持学生身份。请务必注明毕业年份。
