• Data Analyst Intern (Mfg) – 数据分析实习生 – 电子，自动化，计算机等专业 查看详细信息

Requirement:
- Familiar with database structure and operation.
- Can develop basic data analysis tool(praetor chart, yield report...) with VB, C#/C++ ...
- Strong web based project development skill with Javascript.
- Grade 3 of undergraduate or graduate student is preferred.
- Work time: at least 3 days/week.

Job Description:
- Work with our engineer to setup a new data analysis process.
- Re-generate/combine current database for analysis.
- Develop customized data analysis tool.

大三或研二学生，熟悉C,数据库或web编程，英文可沟通。工作内容为协助工程师建立产品数据库和分析工具。每周工作三天以上。

- Basic understanding in statistics and process control.
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office, common silicon knowledge, statistic theory and statistic analysis tools.
- Good team work spirit, willing to learn, willing to take challenge, and logical thinking.

Job Description:
- Able to used regression data to enhance production process control.
- Simplify SPC (prefer automate) and able to provide prediction or proactive alert to prevent incident.
- Ensure all system data (SPC, RMS, MES) being fully utilize and be part of the useful data to make decision.

Preferred Majors:
Accounting / Finance /Economics
Other majors may be considered, depending on the individual experience and other skills

Preferred Year: Year 3 or above.
Actual working days/times are negotiable depending on the candidate's class and extracurricular schedules. The internship may be extended depending on business need and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing operational audit and Sarbanes Oxley 404 testing in a professional manner;
- Perform transaction and compliance testing to evaluate the existence, efficiency and effectiveness of internal control procedures;
- Prepare high quality audit work papers that are organized and well documented;
- Document understanding of processes through narratives, flow-charts and transactional walk through support;
- Effectively communicate findings as a result of audit procedures to internal audit seniors and managers, as well as finance and operations management;
- Participate in reporting writing and making recommendations as appropriate;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
- The individual must be a team player, have a positive “can do” attitude, and have the willingness and drive to learn new concepts in a fast paced environment. In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required. Basic Computer skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint capability are preferred.
