Credit Operation Assistant, Credit Operation
 (No. of Vacancy: 2; Location: Guangzhou)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role.

In this role, you will:

-To effectively handle all credit related transactions and maintenance
-
To independently handle customers’ enquiries on transactions related matters
-To prepare periodical reports and credit information as required by internal guidelines and external regulations

 To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-University degree with strong communication skills, including good written and spoken English
- 
Master PC skills, especially familiar with Microsoft office software

Hard working, patient and flexible

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong sense of responsibility, self-commitment and team spirit

Payment Service Assistant, Banking Operation
 (No. of Vacancy: 2; Location: Guangzhou)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role.

In this role, you will:

- To process payments and collections;
- To handle daily work in compliance with various internal and external control procedures and regulations;
- To answer enquires from customers and business departments which are relevant to payment operations;
- To prepare reports / data on payment operations as required by local regulators;
- To keep good filing for all customer instructions and relevant records;
- To relieve other positions as required.

 To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- University Graduate with strong communication skills, including good written and spoken English;
- Remittance job knowledge, especially payment knowledge in different payment channels;
- Good command of business regulations;
- Good sense of responsibility and high degree of accuracy;
- Communication skills.

Account Assistant, Banking Operation
 
(No. of Vacancy: 1; Location: Guangzhou)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role.

In this role, you will:

-Handle account opening and information change requests from cross city sub-branches.
-Answer account opening and information change related query from cross city sub-branches.
-Handle internal customers inquiry and liaise with relevant teams for unclear or pending items.
-Communicate with relevant parties for daily work.
-Provide SWAT supports to sub-branches if necessary.

 To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-College/University degree (recognized by the state) holder.
-Strong sense of responsibilities,careful,diligent and efficient.
-Good command of English in both oral and written.
-Familiar with MS Office.
S-elf-motivated with attitude of "would like to learn" and be able to work under pressure. Good teamwork player and customer service oriented.
-Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential.
-Able to travel frequently to sub-branches.
