工作地点：北京     学历: 本科    外语要求: 英语 人数：1     欢迎应届毕业生申请此职位    

·           Process orders, manage inventory and monitor deliveries  for sales business

·           Co-ordinate with factory, local vendor, finance, warehouse on customer inquiries/order status/delivery

·           Keep customers informed of delivery schedules and maintain a close working relationship with customers

·           Work closely with sales team to push the delivery and meet the revenue forecast.

·           Handle customer inquiries/complaints/return materials and provide solutions promptly

·           Prepare monthly reports in a timely manner

 

       Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree. Major in economic, International trade, English related Major

· Good English level

· Good knowledge in PC skill (Microsoft Office)

· Good communication skills

· Good interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers

· Well organized

·  Positive attitude, patience, carful and serious in the daily job.

· High sense of responsibilities, initiatives, cooperation and teamwork.
