Key Responsibilities:
・ Handling incoming/outgoing mai and telephone
・ Directing customer inquiries to the appropriate resource
・ Greeting and directing employees and visitors
・ Distributing of meeting rooms
・ Performing administrative duties
・ Distributing office access cards to visitors
・ Stationery management
Professional Skill Requirements:
・ Good English and Chinese communication (written and oral)
・ Good customer service skills
・ Positive attitude and professional appearance
・ Basic organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
