Overview:

职位概述：

Testing of Printer Firmware for New Product Development and Sustaining Engineering Release.

负责打印机固件测试，协助新产品开发和产品工程师的产品发布进行测试工作。

Responsibilities:

工作职责：

Under limited supervision. Uses and selects from a variety of established procedures. Moderately complex tasks. Routine and detailed experimental testing.

从既定的程序运用和选取相应的方法，适当地执行常规和详细的实验性测试。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.    Test printer functionality with firmware commands. Document and communicate all findings in Microsoft Word or Excel and log findings in database.

对打印机的固件需求进行功能性测试，将测试的结果编写并记录在数据库里

2.    Communicate and work with all engineers and other support groups within company to resolve issues.

与公司内部的工程师保持沟通合作，共同解决相关问题

3.    Support new development as well as sustaining engineering with accurate firmware/hardware evaluation. Support new development requirements with applicable firmware test files.

为新产品 开发和产品工作师提出的关于固件/硬件问题提供准确的评估意见。同时，配合新产品研发要求提供有用的固件测试支持文件。

4.    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

岗位要求：

- HS Diploma, AS Degree in Computer Science, or Equivalent Technical School Certification, AS Degree in Electronics or Equivalent Technical School.
拥有HS或计算机科学等相关专业的学士学位，或同等技校认证的电子相关的AS文凭.

- Firmware test experience or development of test systems and files to qualify firmware functionality.
固件/硬件测试经验，精通故障模拟和数字电路。固件测试经验，包括测试系统的开发和和能够对符合资格的固件功能进行归档。

- Speak English and communicate clearly.
能够使用英语流利清晰地表达和沟通。

- Testing of electronic, mechanical devices which interface with a host.
对电子，机械接口式设备进行测试。

- Must have proficient computer skills with knowledge of Windows operating systems,Ms Word, Excel, knowledge of how peripherals communicate with computers and other communication devices such as Serial and Parallel, and USB ports. Proficient in use of electronic test equipment.熟练操作Windows系统，熟练运用 Word，Excel，懂得如何使用外围设备与计算机其他通讯设备通讯，了解如串行和并行的知识，USB端口。熟练使用电子测试仪器。

- Knowledge of Bug tracking process
熟悉Bug跟踪的流程

- Good English communication skills.
良好的英语沟通能力

- Knowledge in wireless networking and Knowledge of scripting languages is desirable.(not mandatory)
对无线网络有一定认识，能编写脚本语言的优先考虑（非必要条件）
