Applicant Junior Engineer-Friction

Responsibilities:

Learn ITT product and how a project is managed;

Support the project manager to collect components necessary to produce samples, make tests and develop specific items;

Support the development providing to the project manager information/documents/test results required by the customer and from the company;

Develop his talent;

We are hiring new young people with the aim to teach him the ITT style, our product, our process and all the procedures. After this period he should be able to work independently in the company and ready to assume new responsibility like a project manager or other internal function required at the moment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with Mechanical related major;

Not mandatory work experience;

Basic English communication skills.

Interest in automotive world;

Teamwork mindset;

Self-start and will to take challenge;

Chemical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections, measurements and investigations on various chemical processes and materials like oils, rubbers, plastics, steel and aluminium (chemical and mechanical analysis) by means of various analysis instruments;

Chemical concentration analysis;

Controlling compliance with local legislation and company standards by sample taking;

Investigate and after internal approval implement process improvements;

Document all reports and inspections according to the guidelines and directives applicable;

Investigate more environment friendly processes on i.e. used solvents and dangerous goods.

Lead the new chemical material introduction.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above with chemical engineering background;

Skilled in MS office;

Good personal communication skill;

Proficient written and speaking English;

Good demand of active, positive and creative attitude;

Collaborate for advantage;

Responsibility.

Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

Compliance with the standards of the quality of processes, when anomalies from the standard quality to ensure the necessary steps to the remedy;

Regular reporting;

Participation in the preparation of internal and external audits;

Performance of the work in accordance with the regulations for safety and hygiene of work, protection of the environment

Engineering documentation update, control, dispatch;

Provide technical support to production, purchasing, sourcing and sales;

Learn to troubleshooting and analyze to product in production;

Making the sample of new product and get the process standard,follow up all the issues during the new product approach;

The timely performance of tasks under the orders of the superior

Creation of layout of individual workplaces, implementation and monitoring of the process flow

Cooperation in the development of the control plan, FMEA

Cooperation with the department of maintenance services for small, medium and major repair of machinery

Participation in the selection of critical spare parts, consumables and tools for production, design and customization tools with CAD software

Data management in IS SAP

Other tasks from supervisor.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with mechanical or industrial engineer related major;

Good at English of writing and speaking;

User knowledge of working with MS Office, AutoCAD;

Disciplined approach;

Team-work spirit and self-motivated, strong sense to push things going on;

Accuracy;

Independency;

Flexibility;

Good skills of communication with other colleagues.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Learn ITT product and how a project is managed;

People to be addressed to technical development, specialist on:

Dyno testing of machine;

Vehicle testing;

Product development;

Support the development providing to the project manager information/documents/test results required by the customer and from the company;

Develop his talent;

We are hiring new young people with the aim to teach him the ITT style, our product, our process and all the procedures. After this period he should be able to work independently in the company and ready to assume new responsibility like a project manager or other internal function required at the moment.

Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

Be involved in organization and implementation of quality supervision and inspection;

Focus on quality of the inspection, examination, analysis, identification, consulting;

Internal corrective actions follow up and standardization, internal process continue improvement;

Non-conformity product handling in process;

Control plan implementation situation follow up and continue improvement;

Support customer quality to drive internal improvement;

Support supplier quality from in-process side;

Support quality system engineer compliance to ISO9001, TS-16949 requirements;

IPQC team management;

Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering or automotive related;

A strong coordination and communication capabilities with internal process, cross function team spirit, adhere to the principle of strong sense of responsibility, integrity;

Good at learning and training ;

Excellent English both in Oral and written.
