JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Position 1: Service Engineer

Segment: Automation

Department: Service Department

Location: BeiJing*1， Shanghai*1

Responsibility:

The service engineer will provide service that will range in scope from Metso automation Neles and JB control valve and automation valve for PP&EHC customer.

Perform installation, commissioning, customer training, troubleshooting of valve at customer locations.

Able to travel extensively and work over-time

Timely completion of standard service report, customer's feedback .

Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree in automation instrument & control

Knowledge of machinist tools and automation instrument control.

Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and write English.

Self starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work and meet deadlines.

Ability to set and meet aggressive targets.

 

Position 2: Application Engineer

Segment: Automation

Department: Flow Control Business Line, Sales Support Department

Location: BeiJing*1

Responsibility:

To communicate with design institute, customer to clarify technical requirement;

To provide valve selection according to technical sheet;

 To provide optimized solution according to customer needs;

 To communicate accurately the customer needs to technical support team in supply centers;

 To prepare quotations and bidding document accurately and on time;

 To finalize purchase contract;

 To place purchase order to appropriate supply center, to check order confirmation and make sure the accuracy of order data;

 To provide product presentation to customer.

 Report to Inside Sales Supervisor.

Requirement:

University degree with major in automation or mechanic engineering, or petrochemical

Good command of English, both written and spoken English;

Intern experience in Designing institutes is a plus;

Good team player;
