Hella Nanjing Technical Center (HNTC) is the first technical center combining both Lighting and Electronics in one office of Hella in China, is the lead development center for lighting activities in China; for electronics development it is focusing on driver assistance systems, energy management and lighting synergy products. Starting from in August 2011, HNTC has undergone a remarkable development and has now reached more than 170 employees; it is planning to reach more than 200 at the end of 2012 and forecasted to exceed 500 employees by 2015. Mechanical Design Engineer /机械设计工程师     3人

Job Description

1.             3D design of devices, assemblies and components in compliance with customer requirements and production / cost conditions

2.             Design of innovative solutions and Discussion of specified requirements with customers

3.             Responsible for the release of design data (3D,2D drawing, BOM, Specification ) in PDM system  

4.             Responsible for design release of components and product according to Hella standard

5.             Catia V5 are preferred

Requirement

1.      Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Material Science and Technology, Aerospace Engineering, Automation Engineering or related major;

2.      Proficient with 2-D and 3-D design methods

Hardware Engineer /硬件工程师     2人

Job Description

1.      Design & develop automotive body electronic hardware modules;

2.      Create HW module specification per customer and system requirements;

3.      Develop hardware architecture with existing development standards and design guidelines;

4.      Design & work out electronic circuit with development tools;

Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree or above with major in Electronic and Information Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science or related;
2. Good understand and experienced with hardware development process
3. Master to use HW development tools (such as Cadence, MathCAD, ICAPS, oscillograph)
4. Be familiar with HW module testing standards (automotive level related)

Software Engineer/软件工程师     2人

Job Description

1. Design, development & test of automotive body electronics module & system, focusing on application layer via model based development
2. Work on SW-architecture, write, test and debug code according to software requirement specification and the defined process.
3. Discuss with customer about specific solution for body electronics modules & system, including function implementation and system interface
4. Complete software module test report and integration test report according to test result

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or related major
2. Good Knowledge for C Language
3. Good in Single Chip Micro-controller

Optics Engineer /光学工程师      1人

Job Description

1. Lead optic design activities and support project team activities
2. Actively participate in product evaluation, problem resolution and feedback relevant information into the design process
3. Participate in customer meetings and night drives

Requirement

1． Bachelor Degree or above in Optical Information Engineering or Applied

2. Proficient with 2-D and 3-D design methods
3. Experience with CATIA v5 or other advanced CAD system, and optic design software

Process Planning Engineer /工艺策划工程师     3人

Job Description

1. Planning of new production sequences and operating equipment with the aid of new and modified production processes, implementing method improvements and checking the possibilities of using new technologies
2. Agreeing and following up targets with the project manager in terms of quality, costs and timing in agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods into consideration
3. Agreement and specification of the requirements made in the customer
4. Drafting suggestions for the design of components suitable for production, naming concrete saving potentials; proposing changes related to design or production engineering.

Requirements:

1.      Graduate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Industry Engineer,  automation Engineering or related major;

2.      Good communication, coordination and team spirit and excellent ability to solve problems independently;

3.      Good English communication ability

Project Engineer/项目工程师      1人

Job Description

1.      Responsible for the new product development, and lead the project team to realize the product at reasonable QCT.

2.      Audit and improve the work of developing phase. Trace and audit each milestone.

3.      Assign and coordinate the task to the members of the team.

4.      Handle the customer requirements and complaints.

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Material Science and Technology, Automation Engineering," or "Economy and management, project management" education.

2.        Proficient in English; Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

3.       Knowledge in the area of process planning and team management

Test Engineer/测试工程师        1人

Job Description

1.      Setting up, running, evaluating and documenting extensive thermal / climatic or electro-mechanical tests

2.      Planning extensive tests, assembling and preparing the components and devices

3.      Carrying out, analyzing and evaluating extensive tests

Requirements:

1.      Education background in Electronic and Information Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
