Main Responsibilities
1. Intern recruiting and management, including on board procedure, leave procedure and PT salary application
2. Support on recruitment process and training courses. Update recruitment database and support new comer on-board process.
3. Checking documents of on boarding procedures and set up personal files
4. Help with applying visa, work permit and resident permit for foreign employees.
5. Assist in P-file management, labor contract management, probation management and termination checking-out process
6. Perform routine administration work for HR Department.
7. Contact with FESCO for Benefit Issue.
8. Other works assigned by supervisor qualifications
Requirements
1, Bachelors degree or above
2, Four days per week for the internship is a must, and at least 3 months working period.
3, Master user of Microsoft Office.
4, Excellent communication skills.
5, Proficient in English
4, Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
5, Flexible and adaptable and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
