[北京]Process Support Engineer

Process Support Engineer - (Master or Doctor Graduates)

Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective support to assigned customers with respect to process engineering issues including to provide pro-active support to improve the overall system performance, to provide emergency support for systems down as required, to provide process optimization and development for the customers
Perform Tier II and/or Tier III process qualification on assigned projects
Ensure customer satisfaction with results and closure on sign-off
Transfer new process capability from product division to internal and external customers
Coordinate customer presentation through Account and Management
Perform other duties as assigned
Education

· Master degree above in top university, Doctor degree is a big plus, major in Physics, Chemical or Material Science or relevant disciplines

· 0 - 1 working experience in related industry

· Good English communication skills
