Wealth Management

HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable research, financial planning and advisory services. Our team comprises professionals who are innovative, collaborative and diligent, who relish change and can thrive in a matrix environment spanning functions, cultures and geographies. They work closely with in-country wealth management units of product, communication and advisory specialists, partnering with sales and distribution teams to engage clients across channels.

 

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Customer Development Representative.

In this role, you will:

-To achieve sale of personal banking products/services at pre-set targets;

-To hand over customer relationship properly to their relationship managers after closing sales;

-To provide excellent services to customers and ensure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to customers' satisfaction;

-To participate actively in team building activities to share information/ideas while contributing suggestions for work improvement;

-To timely prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales status.

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above (recognized by the state);

-Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills;

-Well-developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure;

-Good spoken and written English is preferable.

-Presentable, outgoing and persuasive;
