APAC Management Trainee
Our well-structured 2-year APAC Management Trainee Program offers a diverse range of learning opportunities and exposure in Asia. During the 2-year training program, the trainees will be stationed in Hong Kong to learn the business in different areas through functional attachment, job rotation, project assignments or a short oversea placement e.g. in our U.S. Corporate Office. Upon successful completion of the 2-year training program, the trainees will be offered a challenging role in Asia based on their individual strengths, career aspirations and business needs.
Job Descriptions
- Accomplish the assigned training, job rotation, frontline attachment and functional projects up to management satisfaction
- Learn the retail operations through in-store training, area management and floor management
- Understand the foundations of various front-end and back-end business areas through rotational attachment
- Develop business acumen and strategic thinking
- Establish an individual development plan to accelerate personal career development
Requirements:
- Degree or master degree holders with less than 2 years working experience
- Strong passion for the luxury lifestyle retail business
- Dedication to develop a long term career in Asia
- Willing to travel and stay in Asia after 2-year training program
- Fluency in written and spoken English, must be able to speak one of the other Asian languages including Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese or Korean
- Pro-active, energetic, mature and team-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn and enjoy taking up new challenges
