Title: AP Quality Analyst, DPC
SBU: DuPont Performance Coatings
Reports to: AP Quality Manager, DPC
Location: Shanghai, China
Responsibilities:
Work with global and regional quality team to establish and implement meaningful quality metrics (e.g.: customer complaints, internal quality incidents, cost of poor quality...) that will help to drive process and system improvement
Work with IT to establish efficient and effective data gathering and reporting tools
Collect quality metrics data from each site/businesses and prepare the reports in regularly and timely manner
Analyze quality data to visualize quality performance and trend and help the organization identify improvement areas
Provide training to cross functional team on quality metrics definition and data collection system to maintain data quality
Qualifications:
College graduate, majoring in quality or information technology is preferred
Minimum one year's quality relevant working experience
Knowledge and experience on ISO9001 quality management system or Six Sigma is preferred
Proficient Computer Skill including Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word...)
Good Analytical Skills, data sensitive and strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team player
Good written and verbal communicator in English
