IT Helpdesk Support (Shanghai)
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai
Overview:
Support end-user, maintain and purchase hardware, implement related projects with the objective of improving company operation effectiveness and efficiency and reducing operation risk and cost within TE strategy and TE system compliance requirements.\
Job Summary:
1. Provide help desk support to users
2. LAN infrastructure support
3. PC hardware and software support
4. Hardware and software inventory maintenance
5. Provide end user training and assistance
6. Ad Hoc reporting
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
· Familiar with PC-based applications include MS Windows 200X/XP, MS server, MS Office, MS Outlook
· Responsible, team player, self motivated and able to work independently
· Good command of English speaking and writing
· Willing to study and work independently
