JOB DUTIES/职责：
· This person is acted as a test operator to dock testing engine into test cell and accomplish required engine tests, according to work order/test instruction. Expected to be familiar with the engine product design principle, test procedure as well as manufacturing process and methodologies. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to below: 作为测试技术人员依照试验大纲准备发动机，装入试验室，然后进行各种发动机测试。期望熟悉发动机设计原理、试验程序、加工工艺和方法。工作负责但不仅限于下列各项： · Rig , prepare and conduct test; 发动机试验前准备，并运转试验 · Conduct basic engineering measurement; 进行基本的参数测量并记录数据 · Operate test system and run test cycle; 操作台架系统运转试验循环 · Ensure the quality & accuracy of test data; 确保试验数据有效性和准确性 · Raw testing data post process and supply processed test data to engineer; 原始数据后处理并提交给项目工程师 · Respond to the service, component change and adjustment of engine; 负责发动机的大小保养，零件更换 · Supply engine trouble shooting and problem solving during engine testing; 在发动机试验期间故障解决 · Take part in the maintenance and calibration of test equipment; 参与试验设备的维护和标定 QUALIFICATIONS/任职资格：
· College or above, major in engine, vehicle or mechanical field; 内燃机、车辆、机械自动化等相关专本科学历 · Familiarize the structure and concept of diesel engine; 熟悉柴油机构造和原理 · Strong hand on skill; 较强的动手能力 · Knowledge of measurement and familiarize the measurement skills 熟悉测量原理会使用常规量具 · Basic electrical knowledge 具备基本的电气知识 · Mid-range computer application skills, C , VB, Office ability is preferred. 较强的计算机应用技能 · Good communication skills 较好的沟通能力 · Teamwork spirit 团队合作精神 DESIRABLE /期望技能 · Knowledge of engine test system and related equipment; 具有发动机试验系统和特殊仪器的相关知识 · Fluent in English; 流利的英语听、说、写技能； |
